My opinion on your question is that I guess if they are indeed injecting people with nanodust, then they could be able to monitor people remotely and finally use their patented technology ( https://storry.tv/ipfs/QmTny9h....oXLiEL12sTz6fsNQRU5a ) for their new upcoming financial system. For example they could make a hash out of your body using these sensors to prove that you are you (like with crypto mining, but then you have to do the work to earn the bits instead of these physical hardware miners). And as they are already starting to implement the UBI (Universal Basic Income) as one of the first steps. But this would be just speculation on my part for now. We need more information to be sure this is their goal.

And yes, 5G could play a major role in all this indeed as they will then need that bandwidth
