I have been raising quails for past six months and wanted to figure out a way to recycle or repurpose quail poop. I checked if quail poop could be fed into biogas plant and and the answer is YES!. I went ahead and made a biogas plant.
General misconceptions about the biogas plant is ...will it smell?
No it doesn't. Its an airtight system. except while feed the plant and removing slurry, it doesn't smell at all.

Essentially, the Sawyer Mini allows me to bring less water in my backpack whenever I'm overnight hiking, as long as there's a good water source nearby. Personally, I use it in combination with two Sawyer 1-liter / 32-ounce pouches. Although the pouches could be more durable, they do the job just fine, and they're very lightweight, which is really all that I need.

I like that the Sawyer Mini is very versatile. You can use it as a life straw, you can screw it on a bottle with dirty water, and drink straight from it, you can use the Sawyer pouches or any other water bladders with a standard 28-millimeter cap, or you can filter the water through a gravity feed system.

Though, there are also a few things that I don't like about the Sawyer Mini. The water flowrate could be faster, and it needs to be backflushed very often. Also, as I already mentioned, their original pouches burst pretty easily if you apply too much force. But for a water filter that's this affordable, I think that it's a really good product that any beginner backpacker should own.

When I say that you shouldn't buy options on earnings "as your mom", it should not be considered advice. This is just how I trade.

Intro to Calls
1) What do calls give you the right to do?
Calls give you the right (but not the obligation) to buy 100 shares of the underlying stock at that call's strike price. This process is called "exercising" your call option.
2) What is a strike price?
A strike price is the price that you can buy 100 shares when exercising your call option. Options are separated by strike and expiration date.
3) What is Premium?
Premium can be thought of as the option's price tag. It is written as the price per share of the 100 shares the contract controls. So, to figure out how much you'd actually pay to buy an option, you must multiply the premium by 100.
4) What is ITM, ATM, and OTM?
ITM describes calls whose strike price is below the current share price. ATM: strike=share price, OTM: strike is greater than share price. I say ITM is "good" because you can potentially exercise them for a profit. This idea is what drives the value behind call options, although it doesn't necessarily dictate them as "good". In later sections this will be discussed further.
5) What is an underlying?
The underlying is the stock on which options are traded. If you have calls on AMD, AMD is the underlying and changes to AMD's share price will affect the value of your option.

Premium
1)What is EV and IV?
EV is value given to an option's premium based on time to expiration and implied volatility. These two things work together. IV is the value of the option based on the money you would receive if you exercised it. This is why you rarely exercise; the value you get through exercising is already built into the option's premium.
2) Why do OTM options not have IV?
OTM can not be exercised for any gain, so there is no IV built into their premiums. OTM premium is composed entirely of EV.
3) With more TTM do calls have more or less premium?
More time means more time to get ITM (or deeper ITM). This is good for calls, and is reflected through higher premium.
4) How is Imp. Vol. correlated with premium?
They are positively correlated.

Implied Volatility
1) Why is volatility good for options?
Your risk is limited to the amount you paid when trading options. However, your upside is uncapped. This means with high volatility, you have a higher potential to make money with the same amount of risk.
2) How is premium correlated with Imp. Vol.?
It is positively correlated. Higher Imp. Vol. means higher premium.
3) Why is it called Implied Volatility?
It is called this because the expected volatility of the stock is extracted from the options' premiums. It is the hype behind the option that is represented as a more expensive option. In other words, the future anticipated volatility of the stock is implied by the option's premium.

Option Stats
1) What is the bid and the ask?
The bid is the highest price buyers are willing to buy at, the ask is the lowest price sellers are willing to sell at. To get in and out immediately, you must buy at the ask and sell at the bid.
2) What is the bid-ask spread?
It is the difference between the bid and the ask and is what you give up to get in and out of a trade immediately.
3) What does RH show as the option's price?
RH show's the middle of the bid-ask as the option's price. Even though Robinhood displays a price, people may not be buying or selling anywhere near that price. You ALWAYS want to make sure to check the bid-ask for this reason.
4) What is volume and OI?
Volume is the number of contracts traded that day. The higher the volume, the tighter the bid-ask. Volume is highest ATM and in options that expire in the front (next) month. OI is the number of contracts in existence, which will fluctuate.

This video is primarily based on my own experience in the self help industry, and therefore I want to make it clear that I am coming from a biased perspective throughout this video.

HOW IT BEGINS
Self development has a nice lure to it. It’s this world of people trying to improve themselves, take control over their lives and decisions, and live a better ‘fulfilling’ life. Or at least, it is presented to you this way.

Most people come to the self-help world from a dark place, looking for some sort of ‘hope’ or ‘way out’ – and I was no exception to this. It was this desire to change my life situation that brought me to the world of self-help.

SELF HELP ADDICTION
Addiction to self help content is the first trap to often ensnare people. When you consume self help content you will often gain a surge in motivation. This motivation will urge you to purchase the next self help book, watch the next self help video, attend the next self help seminar from your favourite guru, etc etc.

But this is problematic. This feeling of motivation and fulfilment is an illusion – an illusion of progress. Because in reality you haven’t made any progress, you have only gotten better at convincing yourself that you have.

THE BUSINESS OF SELF HELP
The industry of self-development is estimated to be worth around $13 billion dollars by 2022. The selling of books, online programs, seminars, coaching, podcasts, live speaking events, are some of the main mediums used to generate income from self-development.

But this business knows how addicting this content can be. And your favourite gurus like Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, Grant Cardone, Tai Lopez know (even if they won’t admit it) that you are more profitable to them unhappy and discontent than you are happy and fulfilled.

TOXIC POSITIVITY
The self help world can surround you with positive messages. Overwhelming you with ideas like “positive vibrations” in order to get you feeling good the more you consume. But nobody can feel good forever, life will always have ups and downs.

Self-help can often make yo feel as though negative thoughts like quitting are wrong. And this brings us to the next problem: toxic positivity. Toxic positivity is about making you feel bad for not feeling great all the time, and the self help industry can absolutely put you in a position to feel like this.

HUSTLE CULTURE
Finally, we come to hustle culture. In this new world of Instagram entrepreneurs, humble bragging, and fake gurus, this concept of ‘hustling’ and working hard every hour of the day has become romanticised.

There are a few issues with this. Often times those that brag about ‘hustling’ are actually procrastinating and achieving nothing. Then there are those who actually work every hour of the day, thinking that this is what encapsulated what it means to be successful – it doesn’t. Working hard at the RIGHT thing, is what makes the odds of success higher. And the best way to know if you are working hard at the right thing is to take a step back from your ‘hustling’ and reflect on the strategy you are using.

Windows 10 2004 Bug Defrags SSD Drives Too Often. So you rolled out to Windows 10 2004 update early? Well, there has been a major bug found in that update with Windows 10 2004 optimization and defrag bug. This Windows 10 Update Bug may cause continuous defragging of SSDs or NVME. Microsoft defrag is designed to perform weekly or monthly optimization, after each optimization, the system records the current optimization time. The problem with Windows 10 2004 update is that it attempts to perform automatic optimization operations on the drive every time the computer is restarted and turned on. This is not good for SSDs as they don't need optimizations such as defragmentation. They use TRIM technology. Defragging an SSD can add wear and tear and shorten the life of the SSD.
